※1 ETC Card Reader (Electronic Toll Collection for Japanese Highways)
With an ETC card, you can pass through expressway toll gates without stopping to pay cash. The toll is charged automatically, allowing for smoother and faster travel on highways. Recommended for long-distance touring such as Mt. Fuji, Hakone, and Nikko.
An additional ETC card rental fee of ¥220 /day is required.
Highway toll fees will be settled when you return the motorcycle.

Insurance

Insurance included in the basic fee

Bodily Injury Liability Insurance　Unlimited

Covers injury or death of others caused by an accident

Property damage insurance　Unlimited (deductible: 50,000 yen)

Covers damage to others’ property caused by an accident

Personal accident insurance　5 million yen per person.

Covers death or permanent disability caused by an accident

No coverage if the accident falls under policy exclusions or if there is no official police accident report

Roadside assistance included in the basic fee (24/7, year-round)

If an accident, breakdown, or trouble occurs during the rental period and the motorcycle becomes unable to run on its own, towing and emergency repairs will be provided.

Towing service

Covers transportation from the scene to a repair shop and crane work (e.g., vehicle stuck) up to 150,000 yen.

Accommodation expenses

If you cannot return home using public transport due to trouble, hotel/accommodation costs are covered up to 15,000 yen per person.

Transportation expenses (return/move)

Covers transportation to your home or the rental shop, up to 20,000 yen per person (deductible: 1,000 yen).

Quick service

Jump-start service for dead batteries, refueling up to 10 liters in case of running out of gas, and other emergency repairs within 30 minutes on site.

Optional Damage Waiver (Paid Option)

The Optional Damage Waiver covers repair costs or total loss expenses for the rented vehicle in the event of an accident or fall.
※Not covered for intentional damage, damage during competitive use, or damage caused by earthquakes, eruptions, or tsunamis. Theft of the vehicle, equipment, or optional items is excluded.

Theft Protection (Optional)

This optional coverage reduces the customer’s financial burden in the event that the rental motorcycle is stolen during the rental period.
If you have subscribed to Theft Protection, this coverage applies to 50% of the market value of the motorcycle.
Please note that a separate Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will still apply in the event of theft.

Cases Where Theft Protection Does Not Apply

▪️ Theft resulting from loss of the key or failure to properly lock the motorcycle
▪️ Theft caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior
▪️ Failure to report the theft to the police or inability to provide an official police report or case number
▪️ Failure to promptly notify our company or follow our instructions after reporting to the police
▪️ Theft resulting from use in prohibited locations or for prohibited purposes
▪️ Any other case in which we determine a violation of the rental agreement or applicable laws

How It Works

Online Booking – Select your motorcycle, date, and any options.

Pick-Up – You will need

① A mobile phone that can make calls to the shop
② Your home country’s driver’s license
③ Your passport
④ An international driving permit or an official Japanese translation of your foreign license
Only the original paper booklet International Driving Permit (1949 Geneva Convention format) or the original paper Japanese official translation is accepted.PDFs, photos, and digital/mobile IDPs are not valid in Japan.
⑤ A credit card in your own name
If any of the above documents are missing, we will not be able to provide the motorcycle.
Refunds for missing documents on the rental day will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Departure 

Wearing a helmet is mandatory. Helmet rentals are available.
 

Return

Return the motorcycle to the shop. If you rented an ETC card, please settle the toll fees upon return.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rental (Rental Period: 1–6 Days)

Cancellation Fees

Optional items are not included in the cancellation fee.
No consumption tax (including local consumption tax) applies to cancellation fees.
If the rental shop decides to cancel due to bad weather on the rental day, no cancellation fee will be charged.
“Bad weather” refers only to cases where a weather warning or advisory for rain, snow, wind, lightning, or fog is issued in the shop’s area before your scheduled departure time.
If we do not hear from you within 1 hour after your scheduled departure time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your reservation from the reservation page.

Refund Method

The amount paid at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded through your credit card company.
Please note that the refund timing may vary depending on your card issuer.

Business Interruption Compensation (Non-Operation Charge)

Business Interruption Compensation refers to the fee charged when a motorcycle becomes unavailable for rental due to an accident, fall, or theft, and requires repairs or administrative procedures.

Please note that this compensation fee will be charged separately even if you have enrolled in the “Vehicle Damage Protection Plan.”

This compensation fee is not subject to consumption tax (including local consumption tax).
